Install the browser extension once and follow creators you trust on Aardvark. When you land on a brand's website, Aardvark will automatically check for any creator deals available for that store and notify you right on the page.

Yes. Aardvark and the Aardvark browser extension are completely free to use. Creators pay a small monthly fee to join the platform and share their deals with you, just like they would on other link-in-bio and storefront platforms.

You can preview deals without an account, but following creators, unlocking deals, and personalizing your experience requires signing in.

Aardvark currently supports Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave, and other chromium-based browsers. Safari is coming soon. You can also view deals on the website without the extension. The extension is required for on-site notifications of available creator deals while shopping.

Yes. You can browse deals and creator profiles on mobile through the website. The extension experience is optimized for desktop, with enhanced mobile features, notifications, and a mobile app on the way.

No. The extension is lightweight and only activates on retail sites where deals are available from creators you follow. It never modifies your cart or checkout—everything happens directly with the store.

Usually, yes. Many creator codes can be combined with site promos or loyalty programs. Final stacking rules are set by each store at checkout.

Right now Aardvark focuses on surfacing creator-shared codes and discounts. We don’t pay cash back to shoppers at this time.

Creators upload and manage their deals. We flag expirations, surface performance signals, and rely on community reports to keep things fresh.

We use basic account info (from Google sign-in) and limited event data to improve relevance and prevent abuse. We don’t see your card details, and checkout happens on the retailer’s site.

No. The extension only activates on supported shopping domains to surface deals. It’s idle elsewhere. You can pause or disable it anytime.

Search for creators and tap Follow. Your feed and on-site overlays prioritize deals from creators you follow. Unfollow anytime from your profile.

Click “Report” next to the deal or message our team with the store, code, and a brief note. We’ll review quickly and update or remove it.

All orders are placed with the retailer. Returns, exchanges, and shipping questions are handled by the store’s support policies.

In your browser’s extensions menu you can toggle Aardvark off, set site exceptions, or remove it entirely with one click.

Open your browser’s Extensions menu. From there you can temporarily toggle Aardvark off, disable it on specific sites, or uninstall it completely—no settings hunt required.

The extension is built for desktop browsing. On mobile, you can still browse creators and deals on the Aardvark website, but on-site deal notifications are a desktop extension feature.

Often, yes—but stacking rules are set by each retailer. If a code can be combined with a sale or loyalty offer, you’ll see it reflected at checkout on the retailer’s site.

First, make sure you’re signed in and following at least one creator. Then confirm you’re on a supported store and refresh the page. Still nothing? Send support the store URL and we’ll take a look.

Sign in and complete creator onboarding, then add your first deal in minutes. We guide you through setting up your profile, adding deals, and configuring your link-in-bio so everything is live quickly and correctly.

Aardvark doesn’t change attribution. Your deals are surfaced to your audience in real time while they shop, and credit is handled by the brand or affiliate program you already use, following their existing rules (e.g., last-click, cookie windows).

No. Aardvark doesn’t take a cut or pay commissions. You continue earning directly from the brands or affiliate programs you already work with. Aardvark’s role is to make sure your deals are seen and used when they’re most likely to convert.

You get a creator dashboard with clear performance insights, including impressions, clicks, copy-to-use rates, CTR, and per-deal signals. These metrics help you see what’s working, identify expired or underperforming offers, and optimize over time.

Deals are currently added individually and can be published quickly. Bulk tools and CSV import are on the roadmap. For now, you can duplicate and edit deals to move faster.

You can manage your plan in Settings → Plans & Billing. Upgrade or downgrade at any time (prorated). You can cancel whenever you want, and your plan stays active through the end of the billing period.

You’re responsible for proper affiliate disclosures (e.g., #ad). You can add disclosure text per deal, and Aardvark surfaces it where applicable.

You can select from a growing list of supported brands when adding deals. If a brand isn’t listed yet, you can submit it for review. New brands are reviewed regularly and often approved same-day.

You’ll choose a plan during onboarding, and you can manage it anytime in Settings → Plans & Billing. Upgrades/downgrades apply automatically with standard proration based on your billing cycle.

Cancel anytime—your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. If you have a billing issue, contact support with the details and we’ll review it quickly.

We use Google sign-in for basic account details and collect limited product-usage events for analytics and abuse prevention. We don’t process shopper payments and never see card data—checkout stays with the retailer.

Generally, no. Aardvark complements the affiliate links and codes you already use—it simply improves on-site visibility to followers at the moment of purchase. Always follow your program’s linking and cookie policies.
